Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please note that during peak seasons and special promotions, processing times may be extended.

International Shipping

At this time, Hill Candle ships only within the United States. We hope to expand internationally soon!

Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
  • All shipments require a physical address for delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages
