Order Changes & Cancellations – Hill Candle (Scented Candles)
Here’s our policy for canceling or modifying your scented candle order:
Timeframe for Changes or Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order is typically processed and sent to our fulfillment center, so changes can no longer be made.
How to Submit a Request
To request a change or cancellation, please contact us through one of the following methods:

Please include in your message:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear explanation of the changes or reason for cancellation
For faster processing, use a subject line like “Order Change Request” or “Cancel My Order.”
Note: Requests received after the 24-hour window cannot be processed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages caused by:
- Incomplete addresses
- Incorrect ZIP/postal codes
- Misspelled street names or apartment/unit numbers
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you and offer to reship your order for an additional shipping fee.
What Can Be Changed
Within 24 hours of your order, you may request to:
- Change the shipping address
- Modify the candle variant (size, scent, design)
- Update contact information associated with the order
- Cancel the order entirely for a full refund
