Returns & Refunds Policy

At Hill Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to make things right.

Return Eligibility

  • You may return or exchange products within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Refund Processing Time:
    Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned item(s).

Please note:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used candles cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@hillcandle.com or within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order details and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. We will provide instructions on how to return your items.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Return address: Once your return is approved, items must be shipped to our U.S. return address at 6408 Bradley Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76117 using a trackable shipping method. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, please follow the return process then place a new order for the desired item.
  • If the item received was defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective.
  • We will coordinate a replacement or refund promptly.
