Returns & Refunds Policy
At Hill Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to make things right.
Return Eligibility
- You may return or exchange products within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Refund Processing Time:
Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned item(s).
Please note:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, used candles cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange:
- Contact our Customer Service team at support@hillcandle.com or within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order details and the reason for the return or exchange.
- We will provide instructions on how to return your items.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Return address: Once your return is approved, items must be shipped to our U.S. return address at 6408 Bradley Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76117 using a trackable shipping method. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- For exchanges, please follow the return process then place a new order for the desired item.
- If the item received was defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective.
- We will coordinate a replacement or refund promptly.
